Horses available for on site half leases!

Cherokee is available for an on site full or half lease.  He is 15 yrs old and is large paint pony-a super cute one!  Cherokee is known as the barn good. Everyone loves him. I will try to list all the things he is good at.  Jumping a 2’6” course. Was schooling 2’9” to prepare for beginner novice HTs.  Has competed in horse trials at

Loch Moy in the ribbons, and also at local jumper shows.  He necks reins and has a little western jog. He is good at basic dressage and has been learning to haunches inand leg yielding. He is great in trails. I won’t say he never spoils, but he is the most steady, least limy to spook in the barn. Tree branch fell on windy day and a didnt bat an eye! Will jump a jump placed on a scary blue plastic tarp. Trotting or cantering to it, on the tarp.  Opens gates, loves obstacles. Has never been to a JPR but would excel. Would be perfect for it. He can also do all of that in his rope halter-no but, lead rope tied for reins. And if that’s not enough, Lotmeets has been schooling him completely bridleless and halterless. Nothing on his face. No fri s. They. An change directions, weave thru cones, you name it. Even at a trot! And now they’ve even jumped bridleless.

he is best suited for an experienced rider who has an educated leg. He is the easiest horse I’ve ever ridden. But, not for beginners. He wants his rider to use their leg and seat, know when not to, and just how much. He does not tolerate going from no leg to a lot of leg. I’m serious when I say educated leg. If that’s you, he will be perfect. If you are an advanced teen or an adult who just wants to have a ton of fun, in the ring and out, and can really ride, he’s your man. He is not fancy. His conformation is not perfect, but he more than makes up for it. can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
